"The restaurant is located in a place where there is not a lot of business, but houses. It is close to the Kirchheim-Rohrbach train station.They serve traditional German food with lots of meat options, but also German pasta and salads. They also have a menu in English.I had the beef liver with onion sauce and spaetzle, which was very tasty!My girlfriend had a turkey steak with pepper sauce. The turkey steak was nicely coated in salt and pepper and had a great taste.We thought the Kroketten and Spaetzle were even also home made.With 2 waters we paid 30€.Totally recommend it!"

"Yet again we enjoyed a fantastic meal which reinforced why we come here every time we visit family. The chef never fails to disappoint. On a fine night, you can sit out and eat al fresco and on a chillier evening you can sit in...and drink in the friendly atmosphere and excellent service. Again I had the pork steak with brat kartoffel and salad. The salad dressing is to die for and ties the whole dish together. Other family members had the pork medallions and asparagus. Everything was beautifully cooked and well presented. Surroundings are quaint and old fashioned, adding to the experience. We have been coming back for years now and will continue to do so as the meals never disappoint. The menu is in German but the waiters speak excellent English and are too pleased to assist in translating if necessary.if coming at the weekend or on bank holidays it is worth reserving a table as it is very popular with locals. This restaurant gets from me every time"

"Take off the highway to take a break here: It was definitely worth it! The staff is very nice and polite. The food is excellent. Soup and salad with hot beef strips are highly recommended. Here you can come back."
