"I had Crossroads cater my wedding reception and I could not be any happier with their service and can't recommend them enough to cater your events. They made everything completely stress-free for us, Abby did a great job serving and all of my guests including myself and my husband were really happy with the food we received especially the brisket it was super popular with everyone. Everything we ordered was delicious and with their steam table stayed warm the whole time. They have a great selection of sauces and you'll definitely find at least one favorite."

"The food was good bar food. Service was a bit slow, but it was friendly and they were doing good. My pop was watered down from the amount of ice they added and the fries were under done, but hot. The burger was good, and big enough the bun was toasted and the toppings seemed fresh. Lots of TV's, pool table and outdoor seating available. Looks like a dive bar, but the food is a bit better."

"These negative reviews are ?! Went in a few weeks ago out of everything except ribs and staff let us stand in lobby for good 20 min before acknowledging us. Called this evening to order pick up and they refused to do an order over the phone, had to do online. Do online, out of turkey, spend almost $60, get half a rotisserie chicken that tasted about the same as the walmart ones but was undercooked and no gravy for the mashed potatoes. They care zero about their customers. I would encourage you to eat LITERALLY anywhere else in Lansing. Go pick up the same stuff at the closest Walmart and save yourself the money and hassle. A refund would be greatly appreciated though I doubt they even care."
