"Would 've given 0 stars if it were possible.. went in tonight(Thursday) to get food. The 1st lady that was helping me out was nice and appropriate. I asked her if there was bacon since I ordered 3 chicken bacon ranch sandwiches and she cooked them without the bacon so I assumed she forgot or there was none with shortages and all that.. Then there was a younger taller female wearing glasses who was helping with the order tells me you don 't have to be rude . All I did was ask a question in a normal tone of voice(maybe a little louder due to the barrier in between). Either way this lady definitely needs to learn a lot about customer service and how to talk to people just in general. Another thing which isn 't really a biggie but the coupon situation is not great they only accept certain ones. No BOGO coupons. Total B.S."

"Great food at a great downtown venue, and A+ service to boot! A menu for breakfast and lunch with local and/or organic ingredients (usually available year-round). Also, the local owner/chefs' daily specials keep an already diverse menu into a most desirable and scrumptious menu! The coffee is always fresh too! Espresso and Lattes? No problem. "This might be the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I have visited this location multiple times and each time I’ve ordered pickup only to have to wait for my drink to be made. Expected time order is ready has been consistently exceeded by 15-20 minutes. Yes, 15-20 minutes. I don’t order anything special and my orders have consisted of one drink. From start to finish, my order takes 30-40 minutes. Why? Service: Take out"
