"Wow I am so glad this place exists. The first of its kind in Morehead City. Bowls, wraps, fresh ingredients, local when possible. Whatever kind of diet you follow, whether you are a carnivore or a vegetarian, Refection has something for you. I have eaten here three times in the month or so they've been open, and I have enjoyed each meal. You literally pick and choose all the ingredients. Delicious."

"Very rude. We stoped into rack room shoes to get the kids a new pair of shoes for school before heading to Honey Baked Ham, while in rack room my 3 year old had to use the restroom so my fiance ran over to Honey Baked Ham and asked if she could use the rest room. The womans response was the restrooms were for costumers only so my fiance had to go ahead and buy a drink and purposely being very slow, and when handing the change back to my fiance the woman told her she didnt have to snatch the money. So needless to say we did not go there after leaving rack room. And will not go there in the future. I can understand limiting the restroom use to customers but shes 3 years old about to pee in her pants, come on."

"I ordered meals from them for 2 weeks in a row. All meals were delicious. Fresh and healthy ingredients. I wait until they are able to label their meals that could be gluten-free, as this is now a problem for me. As soon as this happened, I will definitely resume the order. They were very interested in my enquiries about which meals could be GF, but I don't want to ask every week. Kudos for great customer service."
