"I love Mr. Pickles and I go to this location all the time but I have had a couple of very negative experiences that I feel need to be addressed. I am leaving this review under a friend’s account because I go there so frequently. I love the Mr. Pickle sandwich and it’s probably my favorite sandwich of all time! But I have to dock a star because I have had terrible interactions with your employee Rick. I generally order online but on the occasion I don’t I have somehow always had to talk to Rick. He has a very cold demeanor and no sense of customer service. I have been snapped at several times by him in situations where it feels very unnecessary and it makes me uncomfortable and anxious to return. I’m not confrontational so I never said anything but I would be happy to explain further, I just don’t want to leave it here. I love Jenna, the manager, she is the best and is always welcoming, kind, and provides great customer service. I have had great experiences with other employees picking up my order, etc. I love this location and will continue to visit but I hope I will not have any more experiences like this."
