"The sevice and the food was outstanding the best restaurant I have ever experienced in the Niagara region thus far I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends and relatives it was beautiful spacious and emaculent very clean My husband and I were celebrating our 25 anniversary and the waiters that served us both ladies were attentive cheerful and looked after us The next day we had breakfast there and we decided on the brunch again the food was outstanding great selection especially for me that has gluten and dairy intolerance the lady that served us was amazing kind cheerful and attentive What a jewel this place is!!!! I'll be back!"

"During my second stay at the Riverbend Inn, I had the opportunity to dine at Oakland, their onsite restaurant, for both breakfast and dinner. My experiences were strikingly different across these two meals. Breakfast Experience: 5/5 My breakfast at Oakland was nothing short of delightful. The highlight was the Eggs Benedict perfectly poached eggs complemented by high quality ingredients. The service was equally impressive; the servers were both friendly and professional, contributing to a truly enjoyable morning. Dinner Experience: 1.5/5 (Holiday Menu) Regrettably, the dinner experience did not live up to the morning 's standard. The evening staff seemed less engaged and professional. My initial disappointment began with a specialty cocktail, recommended as sweet, which turned out to be unpleasantly bitter. The pumpkin soup that followed was a further letdown it was so diluted and lacking in flavor that I couldn 't bring myself to finish it. My feedback appeared to be disregarded by the server. The main course, a Turkey Dinner, was mediocre and failed to impress. Disappointed, I opted to skip dessert and conclude the meal. Summary Oakland at Riverbend offers a fantastic breakfast experience that I would highly recommend. However, the dinner service, particularly from the holiday menu, was a letdown due to its inconsistency in food quality and service. The stark contrast between meals on the same day was surprising and disappointing."

"My wife and myself just recently stayed at the Prince of Wales for the weekend. From check in the service was amazing. The concierge was very friendly and informative, the valet/doorman was so helpful. The room was very clean and nice. We went for dinner and it was probably the best steak me and my wife have had. The server Graham was the nicest man as well. We capped our first night off with a carriage ride and the driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. The second night we hung out in the bar and there was a pianist playing. He found out it was our anniversary and came over to our table asked us what our favourite songs were; and played several songs for us. Overall our experience was one of the best we have ever had. We would highly recommend, and will be back again."

"I always have the most beautiful experiences here. Nothing to complain if you can enjoy an excellent service while you look out the window, admiring picturesque campus. Nevertheless, I highly recommend that we always save space for dessert! You will never know when they are replaced by a new recipe and then realize that you have lost your chance."
