"My group has been to the Rig many times.There had been a couple of times when the food was not to their usual standard but for 98 % of the time the food has been really good.For my group it has always been at least okay.I know you can have an occasional problem wherever you go.The buffet is usually really good when they have it Saturday nights. It might be good to call to make sure they have it on a certain night..The service is very good.They do have some turnover in their staff(for whatever reason), but the new staff usually does a really good job.There are some nights when there is only one waitress.As a result my group has to wait sometimes.They always get to us eventually.Maybe they might have to look at having a waitress on call().? One waitress can only do so much.The price is always reasonable.A good dining experience.The menu has a good variety.That has been my experience."

"The food is average, the atmosphere is not really my scene, it's a typical diner. We ordered hot turkey but we had to get the home-fries because the mashed potatoes were not available at that time of day for some reason. If it's on the menu it should be available. Period! We also had the burger and fries and it was decent. Decorating was nice. Service was decent. Kinda pricey for a diner. Once I left this place I completely forgot about it. I would not come back."
