"I normally don?t write bad reviews but I really couldn?t help myself on this one. It?s called the Philadelphian and I felt obligated as a Philadelphian to eat here since the reviews were decent. First let me say the guy who took our order was very nice. That?s about the only plus side to this place. This spot could use a major overhaul inside, everything looks dated and worn out, my chair was falling apart. However, I would?ve overlooked all of that if the food was on point! There?s some little ma and pa shops in Philly that are run down, shoot- more than half of Philly is old and rundown but their food makes up for it. Born and raised in Philly and what I got here was not a cheesesteak. It was chopped roast beef heated up on the flat grill. It?s a ROAST BEEF sandwich with provolone, please don?t call it a Philly cheesesteak, it?s offensive and far from it- you don?t offer white American cheese, or whiz either. I?m still in shock I ate what they had the nerve to call a cheesesteak. If you?re from Philly you will not like this place. I was really hoping this would be a regular spot for some good ?steaks?"

"My sauce was over. The bag was crushed and my sauces have everything. The Mac’n’cheese is a bit of soup, but taste is there. The taste of chicken is good, potatoes are also good. The Chipotle chicken avocado burrito is a clamp for me."

"We visited the Sandy location. Good variety of options. My favorite is they Hawaiian Sandwich. I dipped it in the tomato basil soup and it was to die for. Made fresh, food was ready in about 3 -4 minutes. And at a Mall food court you know that hard to do when made fresh!!!"

"Good food great decor. I ordered a 1/4 pound burger with Cheddar cheese. It is served naked on a very substantial and tasty bun. Then you go to the condiments bar where they have everything but the kitchen sink. I made a killer burger just the way I like it. Hubby got a huge turkey burger with Swiss cheese and, likewise made to his liking. Fries were good. Service was Great. Our bill for 2 burgers with fries and 2 sodas was just under $20.00. I don't know what a previous poster ordered but don't know why it cost $36.00"

"Super disappointed. Spent 11 mice on a tiny little sandwich and it had the most basic taste you could imagine. I would have spent this money on the material and made 3 sandwiches. You couldn't have gone under."
