"Es waren drei Kassen geöffnet, man konnte nur an zwei Kassen zum Essen bestellen. Ich wollte einen Kirschstrudel zum "hier essen" bestellen, dies ging leider nicht, ich musste mich an der anderen Kasse anstellen, obwohl sich hinter mir kein Kunde mehr befand. Lieber stand die Verkäuferin ohne Arbeit hinter dem Tresen, bevor sie einen Kunden bedient. Darauf ging ich wieder zu der Kasse und bestellte einen Strudel zum Mitnehmen. Einen Café habe ich nicht bestellt, da ich diesen an der anderen Kasse bestellen müsste. Das ist Kundenservice, der nicht mehr zeitgerecht ist."
