"We had a lovely evening meal here and so good that we returned for lunch the next day. Lovely cold meze starter- very fresh and homemade, lamb with smoked aubergine. For lunch next day: Greek omelette, vegetarian moussaka. All excellent and at a reasonable price."

"We tried a weekday lunch here and were impressed so thought we would try the Sunday roast as well. Choices included beef, chicken, gammon or all three but we decided on turkey with all the trimmings. No problems with describing this as a substantial meal...to justify my glass of wine! Delicious, perfectly cooked food served in a warm and friendly traditional pub; the perfect Sunday treat. Already booked for next week"
