"Superb Greek food in a really nice old pub. Absolute Lincolnshire gem. The owners are really friendly as is the vibe in the pub. The food is off the scale, this isn’t pub grub it’s restaurant quality and high quality. Will definitely be returning."

"I visited Ten acres cafe today after l had heard good things about it, so glad l did too! I have been there in the past but was very impressed with the improvements made recently. It was spotlessly clean, and the tables were laid out with a variety of condiments. The roast dinner followed by Bread and butter pudding was delicious and so reasonably priced! The staff were friendly and welcoming and the service was prompt. I would highly recommend a visit here, l certainly will be making h this the place to got to on a weekly basis!"

"Booked a table for 4 at 13.00 and pleased we did as it was very busy, greeted pleasantly by a young lady at the desk who informed us food orders were taking about 45 minutes, she showed us to our table informing us that we could either order at the bar or she would come back and take our order. Went and got drinks a very pleasant raspberry and peach refresher for my good lady(though a bit steep in price at £4.25, eg Harvester charge about £3) and an excellent Hobgoblin, though I thought being Marstons there might have been more than two draught ales ie perhaps a Banks or 61 Deep available. As i went to back to our table I overheard some miserable old b d haranguing one of the servers about how long he had been waiting, he was unpleasant yet she dealt with him very well and politely. Our young lady came and took our food orders again explaining it would be about 45 mins, and between 35 and 45 mins later our food arrived, two halloumi and red pepper baguettes, a tuna baguette and a rump steak, everything tasted good and was hot, decent amount of halloumi in our baguettes. Staff were pleasant, though they did seem run ragged probably because there were 30% offers on food and the pub was very busy, had management thought about extra staff to cover this? Pub looked well presented, toilets were clean and in good condition, we were sat on the canal side of the pub and had a lovely view of a smoking woman several times glaring at us through the window as she coughed her lungs up, maybe blinds would help with this, but overall this was a pleasant visit to Woodcocks"
