"I used to love this place but the building and more importantly the service has been in a constant state of decline. The carpet appears it could be declared a health Hazzard. Three strikes on their service as that's how many times they have screwed up my order. The last time I ordered a ham on white with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise. Seems pretty simple. When I got home I discovered I had ham on white with Kneaders sauce and no lettuce, tomato or mayonnaise. Also I have attached a photo of the cinnamon roll. Half of it was air. Done with this place!"

"We were a party of 11 almost all of our sweet came out cold it took way too long and I'm understanding that we had a big party and they didn't even put in my sister-in-law's order she ended up getting hers to go because they forgot about her"
