"Anatolia is authentic Turkish food in a 3 star area of Hemstead.We started with a shepherd salad served without olive oil or lemon juice dressing, not even salt. The meat dishes were seasoned well. Service was very friendly and curteous.The interior is clean but worn.The meal ended with a complimentary cup of delicious tea.Everything was going well untill we got the check. This restaurant adds a 20% gratuity to ALL checks we had only three people. While we normally tip anyway, I have a problem with a restaurant adding their own 20%, which led me to reduce the rating by 1 star. When considering the added Tip, we spent about $60 per person and two of us shared a dish.Parking: Lot next to restaurant."

"Delicious meal through and through. The staff was so incredibly kind. I have celiacs and they were very helpful letting me know what I could and could not have. My mom loved their lentil soup. Their Turkish wine was dry and perfect. The best part We took our desserts to go because we were so full.. I had the squash with tahini and walnuts. It was the absolute best. Will definitely go back to this restaurant."
