"1st time customer, and won't be returning. We stopped in for breakfast Sunday morning around 10am. Waited to be seated for about 5 minutes, and the host wiped our table right before we sat down. Points for cleaning the table, deduction for the table being soggy and pools of water since it wasn't dried.Took way too long for someone to come and ask us for drinks. When she arrived we asked if we could just order since we knew what we wanted, but the employee said she could only take drinks and we had to wait for someone else for food. We were over an hour waiting for 2 meals of bacon and eggs. Lot's of other people were waiting so long that they went into the kitchen looking for staff to ask about their order. When we got the food it was ok, decent portions but nothing special. We had to ask someone for our bill as no one stopped by to ask how it was or clear our plates. As other reviews have mentioned, the bathrooms were gross. overflowing garbage, 2 stalls with no toilet paper at all, overall dirty.Would highly recommend you wait in the lines for Stacked Pancake House next door, WAY better and worth the wait. Lesson learned."

"I'm a huge foodie and while on business trip started googling burger places. Reading reviews and the convenience of walking from the Delta hotel to there I decided to try this place. Well wasn't it a pleasant surprise! Clean and friendly atmosphere and a gourmet...take of a Harvey's like place. Don't waste your time and get the London burger. 8 ounce patty and about 6 inches wide ! This thing is no joke. Season to perfection and loaded with whatever you wish. You build your dream. I wish we had this place in Ottawa ! Great job guys."

"This hidden treasure is worth a visit. Fine dining with a great view of the forks of the Thames. And afterwards browse the gallery. We took some friends visiting from Australia and they were quite impressed. Strangely not open on Saturday, but the Sunday brunch...is popular."

"Don't expect wait-staff in black ties. Just expect lots of really good food really cheap, fast, and served with pleasant small talk. More like a truck-stop than fine dining, but the dining room is big and bright, and the parking lot is always full. That says a lot!"

"Sometimes you just want eggs... this place had great skillets, we had the vegetarian skillet, lots of potatoes and veggies, eggs on top. Quick service, friendly staff. Plus we got the lowdown on where (and where not) to stay in London."

"I never thought I would be a fan of ordering spaghetti in a restaurant and I don’t normally care for meat sauce on it. But this is the best spaghetti I have ever had. <br/>I always get the Chicken Parmigiana (comes with spaghetti). Very filling, and I usually take some home for later. I absolutely love it!"
