"I and my extended family (about 12 people) brought my father to another local ice cream for my father's birthday. I will not mention the name, but unnecessary to say we waited there for two hours before someone even approached us. (We have made reservations). We all met here on a fresh desire not to bring the birthday back together. What we do not recognize DID is that the staff was ready to close! Despite our request to pack and go easy, the staff asked us to stay. They were here. The Cooks, the waiters, the manager I wish I had their names!! They heard our worries, they all took our orders and got the food out quickly!!! They worked endlessly and tirelessly late at night! What they may not recognize is that they have saved the night. This turned out to be the best birthday dinner / to win for my father. My mom left for a while and these meetings are so special for us. The staff here could never understand what they did for us as a family at night. They were AMAZING people and I love you all for what you did. The kindness, generosity, humility and customer service were far beyond what I will find again. You know who you are #March2022"
