"When he visited a friend in Davis, he took me to Huku since he was one of his places. I enjoyed the bistro and enjoyed the robot server. We came when it opened so there was no waiting time, but it was quickly filled up on Saturday afternoon. The menu is very extensive and I can't talk to the quality of sushi as I don't eat seafood, but my friend loved his order. I enjoyed a delicious Bento box with chicken and beef. Huku was clean and the staff was friendly. This is a great place to visit Davis."

"Very pleasantly surprised by Zen Toro. I always forget that Zen Toro exists cause it's a bit hidden. Service is a bit slow, but the rolls are solid. Wasn't a huge fan of the takoyaki though yakitori yuchan does it better . Was also very surprised when the bill came out cheaper than expected! The Inari was a classic. Flavorful, hard to mess up. Would get again even though it's very basic. Tiger roll and crunch roll very good. Rice is seasoned well and rolls are flavorful. Rolls are rolled properly. Tempura is crispy. Overall, very good. Will be back to try the tuna and maybe a lunch special."

"This is a omni sushi restaurant that does everything they can eat format. they can get the following daily (and get as many portions of it as they want:) edamame, wakami, sunamono, inari, avocado maki, vege rolls a, b, and c, vege special roll, there are some other items. the donuts and sesameballs for the desert are vegan. Note: fried products are in oil with all their non-vegan products (if that bothers them). (It's worth remembering that Mayo sauces are not vegan I don't remember when they add them) the miso suppe has fish taste in it. sometimes, if they are not busy, they will make them a suppe with just one misery. even if the owner is and they are not too busy, he has sometimes made a plate of some things that are not on the menu. if you set it up 2 days in advance and have a party of at least 12 guests, they will be a fully vegan menu with amazing rolling that they have never seen. a real tasty bite!"
