"This is by far the BEST sushi restaurant in all Hamilton and area; the service and staff is excellent, never a let down or a bad experience. The food is very good; you can notice its very fresh and made with dedication. We love especially the ocean maki roll and the grilled mussels. They have a very wide menu with everything from udon and tepanyaki items such as black pepper steak, grilled shrimps and more, to sushi and rolls of all kinds, including even Thai food! Their tablet order system is very convenient and easy to use. This restaurant is perfectly comparable to other restaurants in the area who are much more expensive and don't even have the same level of service. More people should check this place out, they would be surprised! Very cool atmosphere too, an absolute ten to me."

"Food was great. Wonderful server. Only thing wrong was we had invited a few older friends to have lunch with us and we were given a table with benches, nothing to support their backs. We asked for another table as they would not be able to have their brunch comfortably without regular chairs with back support. We waited for a table, but even though the party had paid, they were not ready to leave the table they wanted to give us. We finally asked for two tables to be push together so we could go on with our lunch. Next time, ask for a table with regular chairs when we make our reservation"

"The food is okay, I got the Dan Dan noodles they were good and the portions were decent. However, my boyfriend got the scallion ginger chicken as well as the vegetable noodles and those two dishes were drenched in oil. The ginger scallion chicken was soaking in a literal cup of oil as for his noodles.. I get the noodles are supposed to be cooked with some oil but at the bottom of his bowl, there was a whole pool of oil.. Wayyyy too much oil. As for service, there wasn’t really much service, you order from your device, then they bring out the food and that’s really it. They don’t check for water refills, ask if anything was okay, etc. I feel like this place is a hit or miss, some days it’s not too bad, other days it’s pretty bad. Today was honestly the last straw, likely won’t be coming back againParking: Parking can be easy, but since this place is near McMaster, parking can get pretty busy and full sometimes"

"Bul & Gogi offers Korean fare --- and yes, bulgogi of various types is one of the specialties. They also have bibimbap, stews, soups, etc. Spicing is toned down some in comparison to many Korean restaurants I have visited, but the kimchee still has enough bite to make me happy and the other appetizers are equally good. The first time I visited, I was a little skeptical --- the decor is strictly fast-food city. However, the food is fresh and plentiful and service is always excellent --- and who needs decor when you've got a feast in front of you? My favorite is the bulgogi platter, which includes beef, pork, chicken and short rib bulgogi. The heaping platter arrives with the appetizers and rice. The first time I tried it, I was sure I'd never get through all that meat. So was my daughter. But everything was so good we just dived in and kept going until it was gone. And the cost? Around $20 for this huge feast. Prices, by the way, are reasonable; the platter mentioned above is the most expensive thing on the menu. They have various rolls and wraps and lunch specials for much less. And I have yet to find anything I didn't like. The restaurant is licensed, though wine options are limited. The tea is good, though. And there's ice cream for dessert if you want it. Frankly, I've never had room. Bring your appetite, try this place once, and I bet you'll be back.Great value, great service, and great food. What more can you ask for?"

"It has become a favorite of mine and my family.Great Northern Chinese cuisine, fast, diverse, great portion sizes .The Spicy and Salted Tofu and Shrimp is amazing. I always order it. The varying levels of heat that each of the many dishes they serve is amazing. Mild to wild! Black been beef is tender, juicy and full of flavour.There is no Alcohol served at this place. But it doesn't bother me. no ginger ale (which is my favorite), but thats okay tooa must try..."
