"The Chinese fondue is excellent! We took a assortment of garnish, including the speciality of spicy beef, and an incredible sweet pork dish. We enjoyed ourselves and the service was very nice!! It should be noted that the restaurant has changed its operation recently and is no longer at will as indicated in previous notices, but that a greater variation seems now available. Good to know: book in advance for fondue (limited places) and portions are fairly copyy, even in small format!"

"How about eating in so-called Asian restaurants? here is made in shanghai cuisine, prepared the same day with fresh products. every meal is for me a pleasure and after many visits, my companion and I became accustomed. It's not as far as the restaurant changes its reception. the staff is always as attentive and it is with pleasure that I recommend it."

"Conveniently located just off the Rue Republique, near H&M, at a corner. Modern and neatly decorated interior. There was only one young man serving customers. However he takes good care of customers. The ramen and udon they serve, IMHO, is not exactly Japanese ramen or...udon. It feels more like Korean noodle than Japanese. However, Korean noodles are good noodles, just different from the Japanese ramen. (Ramen, pronounced as la-men, means noodle). The ramen is chewy and if you like chewy noodle, then you will like it. The cha shiu, i.e. pork, is just average. There are much vegetable in the soup and corn was very good. As for the fried udon, there are also much vegetable, making the dish taste very good. Though not really authentic, they serve good noodle. If anyone wanted more authentic Japanese noodle in Lyon, I would recommend Dxxzan located on Ter Quai St Vincent."

"Excellent dishes I've known this restaurant for ten years. Great amateur of Japanese cuisine, having tested many restaurants in many cities, I can tell you that this one is by far the best! For me, the refinement of dishes and flavors is more of the order of the catererer than jap signs that one sees bloom to every corner of the street and that surf on a fashion. I hadn't visited the Red Pavilion for qq years and visited it last week. How enchanting to find this level of quality. C is sure, we are not on a sign serving marketing instead of authenticity and know-how. Far from the Sushi Shop, Sushi Planet and other " fast food asian industrial", the PAVOT ROUGE is a unique, family-friendly address for those who want a veritable culinary experience."
