"Japanese owners, great price, fresh fish!. Great budget sushi! The owner, who also owned the former Sakura in downtown Burlington, which sadly closed after more than 20 years) keeps this going, and it is cafeteria style, not much for atmosphere or a fancy date, but great fresh Japanese food. The Okinawa roll with mango is great, and the spicy tuna roll has big chopped pieces, not ground inferior tuna with crunch to hide the taste which is what you get at other so called Japanese restaurants. Having a Japanese owner and some Japanese staff is rare. Still my favorite for sushi cravings on the run, although closed on Sunday. Brings me back to Japan every time, they even have Japanese television station on while you are dining."
