"The food at the Ellijay site was good, but waiting was 40 minutes from the time of order and wrong. The young lady who took orders seemed tired or just uncomfortable or maybe both. Bathrooms must be maintained. Don't get back to this place. Update March 2022 I followed the provided link and corporate management reacted immediately. They expressed their concerns and a sincere desire to make it right. Truly, I received four vouchers for free meals at the Ellijay site. On our return to Ellijay in March we went to Captain D's and were pleasantly overheard. The staff was happy, greeted us cordially and immediately took our order that was completed perefect. The toilets were very clean and the food was really good. As such, I updated the rating to five stars. The story has a happy ending and we are happy to continue to stop at the Ellijay Captain D 's. Customer service makes a difference!"
