"I was very disappointed in the service at bluefish yesterday. Bluefish has been my go to sushi restaurant for years now and I’ve had no complaints but yesterday I took my brother there for his 21st birthday and we had a very subpar experience. We arrived at 7:20 but we did not get our food and drinks until well after 8 o’clock. Our waiter was nowhere to be found while everyone else around us was getting their food and drinks. We ordered “the other woman” cocktail, a Diet Coke, 2 side salads, stuffed mushrooms, and the shrimp tiger skewers to start. Not even our salad or drinks were brought out until well over 30 min later. While people who got seated after us were already eating and drinking. The salad barely had any dressing on it when we got it 30 min late. Then our waiter kept disappearing and not checking up on us. It took us forever to get the check. I had to flag down 2 different waiters to serve us because ours was being so negligent. Everything was very subpar and I’m disappointed. I hope blu fish isn’t going down like a lot of other places."
