"I've been going here for years. It's a very modest place with good, fresh food at a great price. I always get the You See Special (used to be on the chalkboard and not on the menu)and my companion gets the chicken teriyaki bento. Service is efficient, if not overly friendly when they're busy. A very good place to go for a quick, tasty meal."

"I have been to Dojima Ann for several times and this place has never let me down. The food and service quality are good. Waitresses are friendly and always refill our water. The prices are also reasonable considering its location (San Francisco, downtown, few blocks from Union Square). The interior decoration are nice, too. Bonus point for me: Their Maguro Natto is tasty (Raw Tuna with fermented beans, though natto's smell could be too strong and bitter to some people). Overall, nice place!"

"I?ve gotten delivery from here a few times now since shelter in place started and it?s always great. Unagi and tuna mayo are the two best flavor choices in my opinion. I love that the set comes with karaage, edamame, Japanese pickles, and tamagoyaki?very traditional side dishes of Japan! The food travels well and it?s delicious. I hope they are able to re-open more of their locations soon."

"I have been going there off and on for almost 30 years. I think the ownership/management has changed twice, at least that I know.With the new management the price has gone up by several dollars but the selection of the items in the combo menu has expanded. They never had hamachi or tonkatsu as a choice but now they do.The food quality has not changed at all. It is as good as ever."
