"Since being here on Maui I’ve been to Tante’s a few times and each time we have tried something new on the menu. Last night we had an appetizer, a main course and a sushi roll. Each were good and plenty enough to split for two people that’s if you can agree on what to share. The Stuffed Mushroom with Lobster and Crab appetizer was very good. The main course was the Seafood Trio. Personally, I would have liked two scallops but that’s because I love them. We also ordered the Tiger Roll which has just the right amount of Unagi sauce. Our drinks were Maui Brewing’s Bikini Blonde beer and an Old Fashion. I’ve had better ones so I probably won’t order it again but at least I tried."

"M sushi is one of our favorite places to eat sushi. always fresh and made after order. this mom and Son team will get the food out quickly, whether it's going on or off. in the past we have ordered very large takeover orders and they are always well packed to make the trip home. some of out-lovers are the sashimi (all types,) marilyn monroll, superman burrito, 911 roll and the oystet shooters. I also love the uni (wana or seeigel) and the kampachi or carpaccio is always delicious. do you want wagyu meat? try it with uni up. rainbow great, tuna roll and seared ahi garlauch the roll is also good. good service and my family always enjoy our food here."

"This restaurant has surpassed expectations! although the menu has not had many options, everything we ordered was great. especially the truffle frries and baked salmon. the service was also moderately fast. Currently, all inner and plastic plates hang open between each table and only the front doors. if they are not comfortable with so many people sitting inside, this is something they should consider. note: the bathroom was very small and the floor was sticky."
