To my dismay, they failed to adhere to the simple instruction and delivered a wrong cake. This isn't just an oversight; it's downright disrespectful.Their customer service? Absolutely atrocious. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they were downright rude and unapologetic. It's clear that they don't care about customer satisfaction, which is, quite frankly, appalling.And the cake itself? Terrible. It tasted bad, further ruining our celebration. A bakery that can't even make a decent tasting cake isn't worth your time or money.My experience with Bay Area Hot Breads was nothing short of a disaster. Poor attention to detail, horrible customer service, and awful tasting products are what they offer. I absolutely do not recommend them to anyone.I'm giving Bay Area Hot Breads a one-star rating, only because zero stars isn't an option. Trust me, they deserve nothing more"
