"Service was good. Waiter made some suggestions in case we no idea what to order. The fish and chips were good. The batter fried fish have a nice crunch. The fried calamari is good. At first thought it was fried onion rings, but it?s calamari. The lobster topped stuff flounder was good. The plate is some what large and it make the dish looks small compared to the photo in the menu. The cole slaw was nice an crisp."

"Work on your customer service. Our server did not go out of his way when our order was incorrect. Two couples, one wanted to share their meal. Their meal did not come with the other two meals--a third meal was brought, but was incorrect. It was taken back the correct meal was not brought until the rest of us were finished. We just got it to go. There was no offer to comp the meal or even a dessert, or to have a manager talk to us. There was a couple of I'm sorry about that and that was about all. Oh, we did get a Did you want Happy Birthday on your cake We understand that prices have gone up you don't do complimentary cake any longer, so that wasn't an issue. The food was okay. but not particularly outstanding. My husband got a chipped glass. which he pointed out, but it was not replaced. We had to ask for silverware, and again for forks for dessert. We had to ask for enough menus to go around. It was not a particularly impressive experience, but it's given us a story to tell."

"Everyone puts negative reviews about this place (9 times out of 10 they are stupid “complaints” , yet I’ve been here 3 times and have NEVER had an issue. We went last night (in the middle of the snow storm , they were clearly short staffed as expected yet that didn’t slow them down at all. The manager, I think her name was Dee, was helping us. She was all over the restaurant doing a dozen things at once, yet didn’t miss a single step. She was kind and attentive, the food was AMAZING, and the wait was not even long. The other waiters also periodically checked on us. We have a great experience every time we come. Honestly, people who give this location negative views really just sound like a bunch of a-holes. If the staff is ever rude to you here, there is a VERY GOOD chance, you were being a d*ck first. This place is great."
