"We were given the wrong food even though it was confirmed on arrival. We even double checked when leaving that we had chicken and lamb. We got home to falafel and chicken/lamb. Chips were soggy. Chicken/lamb kebab had fatty and gristly meat. All in all a very poor experience. Unfortunately we will need to find a new local."

"If there was a servcie with some interest, I would perhaps have rated higher. Food and beverages are very average, nothing out of the ordinary. Remember Nandoo's got really popular in the past for its grilled chicken, today, sadly it is lost somewhere in their noisy menu. Losing identity I guess...unless this one is not the same Nandoo's"

"I use to love going to Nandos as I loved the chicken and chips but after the experience I just had won't be going back.I don't mind paying money if it is worth it but this was day light robbery (and can go to Oporto for half the price). I got a small chicken and hummus wrap meal and it came to $21.70 what the?The chips were cold and not salted. The wrap looked like a mini wrap and the chicken had no flavour at all. The overall taste was gross to the point I actually chucked the meal in the bin.Service was disgusting, I had ordered before another customer and they got their meal first. There was 3 people just standing around in the dirty kitchen having a good old chat to the point at one stage one guy was standing there with my chips in his hands. This has had to be one of the worst reviews I have done but I give credit where credit is due and in this case it wasn't."

"I had a craving for a banh mi (Vietnamese roll with pate, chicken, pork or other meat, and pickled vegetables and herbs, esp coriander). I was shopping nearby, so went to this place.Now, good or even just 'decent' banh mi is commonly available all over Melbourne nowadays. This one had nice meat - lemongrass chicken, but that's the best I can say about it. The roll was flaky, not a crusty fresh baguette roll which is an absolute essential to begin with. There wasn't any pate, just margarine!!! Yuck. And iceberg lettuce, no coriander. The grated carrot wasn't pickled either. I will not be back here again, and wouldn't recommend it, at least for banh mi."
