"Originally had to wait 20 minutes, although a mobile order was placed 10 minutes before the time and was said to park, wait as it was never put into the system until I pulled on the drive-thru. then another 15 waited until I had to go in and get my order myself, as no one broke it out. Moreover, the real complaining is that I found a plastic bread clip in my chicken sandwich and notice it a little before. this is the second time that I have been with this Wendy’s and I don’t plan to come back because waiting times and inability of the employees follow their mistakes."

"This Wendy's must have been the one I went to this afternoon to have a burger, juice, and bacon fries fondue. Noticed the tall manager in black sweater was all cheerful and he shook hands of three crew members before he had left for the day. Didnt hear what he had to say but all three people he spoke with were pleased about what he had said to them individually. Personally, I think he was doing a wonderful job by just acknowledging his team members in a positive way before he left. As a manager myself, I believe this makes a difference in the day of people who work with your team under your leadership."
