"My evening started well; but then in his speed to finish serving another table, a waiter accidentally hit the side of my chair with such force that it cause me to suffer trauma and pain in my lower back pain. He was apologetic. Nevertheless, because...I suspected I might need medical treatment, I asked for the incident to be recorded in a special register that all businesses in Europe should keep for injury and accident in the work place. However, when I asked the manager to kindly make an entry in the workplaceaccident register, he was extremely rude. Without having witnessed the event, the manager, Hassam Hamouda, alleged I was exaggerating the severity of the force with which the waiter impacted my chair. I neither requested nor demanded a discount from my meal for the accident; however, he accused me of faking the event to get one. The manger further accused me of faking an injury in every restaurant I visited, so I could get a fee meal. Mr Hamouda’s behaviour was aggressive, offensive, and utterly inappropriate. And his allegations were made without any supporting evidence. Conversely, I had witnesses supporting the severity of the force with which the waiter hit my chair. Before I left, the waiter again apologised to me for his accident. And had the manger not been so rude and offensive, I would not have written this review. However, Hamouda’s behaviour was so appalling and offensive that I should like to warn people about what they can expect, if they dine at this restaurant. Finally, I also witnessed Hamouda smoking at the front entrance of the restaurant, not a great example to set. From my experience, this manager is a commercial liability to this business and should not be working in a customerservice industry"

"I stayed in a hotel near by and on my first evening found this place when I was hungry and thirsty. I found the place friendly, clean and staff being helpful. The pizza I had with extra Jalapeño was delicious and the bier was coming...as fast as I needed it."

"Hello dear men and lesers! (especially greeting to cookies from joy! : it was New Year 2015, and I was looking for a nice caffe in greener joy, because I needed a strong espresso around the night, in which I had badly slept because of the bang out, and where I was even gone after 2 in autumn to slay this summer! on the table was colorful grating confetti and find a golden happy new year! So I took a double espresso lunge with foam on it, so espresso lunge macchiato carefully taken! this is an espresso with milk and milk foam on the top, in extra new years strong! he was also very good, but then in the finish a little bitter! not as good as the piccadilly opposite! but I then took another egg with vanilla ice cream, saw and chocolate sauce for 2,90 euro in a cup, Danish ice is there, but is de facto of mövenpick, and that was very delicious with super fresh saw, because of the ice here I can give 4 stars! the coffee of my companion was also quite good! the caffe consists of a terrace on the front of the bridge, a main room and on the back the stairs down the winter garden, with view of the moving railway to oranienburg and berlin mitte, where I sat! on the front is a small library with books and historical photographs of berlin gladnau, also can be seen in the beautiful maps for 5 euro 10 but everything else is great, and again they greet the chastity! to Ostern 2015 I was back and it was very good again. and in the summer they can stand out in the garden! you speesurfer:. new from september 2017: this time I had a piece of chocolate cake and a hot chocolate with espresso inside, see photo! spreesurfer:. now 10 years zeltinger 2009 2019! new in May 2019! I was too hospitable at the great jubilee celebration 10 years zeltinger at fantastic and sunny weather there. it was grilled and there were boulettes from the ocher with potato salad. the flowers were great and tasty! there were brittle and also icy chocolate bananas on the trunk. and also fish from the grill etc. there was a live band that made neat ramba zamba and from the beatles to today played many beautiful songs, see photo. and hourly there were free bus connections to the seeworthy places in berlin gladnau from there. the balloons on this type of ding were there, and stylish here! it was beautiful all around and manages the ten years zeltinger! you speesurfer:. sees the new photos! after 2020: recently in January 2020 I was there right after the new year in the evening and at the chilling da torte and drunk coffee and fed an ice cup in the cup. everything was delicious, and after the holiday I finally got another place on the beautiful sofa! her speesurfer. 2020. view the latest photos here!"
