"Le Tiger Wok fait partie de ces nombreux établissements vous invitant à composer vous mêmes votre propre wok jusque dans ses moindres détails.L'ambiance du restaurant est propre et cosy, et même si les plats n'ont rien d'exceptionnel la cuisine est assez rapide et agréable pour un déjeuner.Je conseille néanmoins d'y venir en semaine pour profiter des menus, l'addition augmentant considérablement lorsqu'on sort des sentiers battus.Très agréable néanmoins"

"Don't be fooled by the fact that this is a non bookable restaurant and people are queuing outside. The food is horrible clearly warmed up in microwaves and mostly inedible. Diners are served within minutes of arrival so its clearly not freshly cooked! I had the trio of dishes and only ate the chicken and leek one. The carbonnade was tepid, tough and had no flavour, the chicken jelly dish was like mushy catfood yuck! Suffice to say that the only thing they didn't mess up were the accompanying chips, so at least I got to eat something! The house wine was acidic and obviously an inferior brand certainly not worth €27 a bottle. The staff were indifferent and did not care about the diner's experiences. In short, don't go you'll only regret it like we did."

"We have just had dinner at this superb restaurant close to our hotel. We were warmly welcomed by the owner whose attentiveness and consideration made us feel very much at home. The four of us each ordered a different couscous, chicken, lamb cutlets, braised lamb...and royal', and both quality and quantity were exceptional. The semoule and vegetable bouillon were served in copper pots in the centre of the table with the meat separately on individual trays. Harissa paste and succulent dried raisins came as an accompaniment, as had chickpeas in vinaigrette sauce and peanuts alongside our aperitifs. The flavours and textures of the meat, vegetables and sauce were exquisite, and ideally complemented by a Sidi Brahim Merlot/Cabernet Sauvignon. For dessert we ordered vanilla ice cream, profiteroles, a Dame Blanche and a selection of sorbets. The bill came to just over which, for the quality of good and service, was tremendous value. We recommend highly Le Mazafran, and will certainly return here the next time we visit Lille."
