"パフェの発祥店ということで、家内が以前から訪問したかったお店。 初めて来たことを伝えるとマスターが、パフェの組み合わせなどを詳しく説明してくれた。 各素材にこだわっていることがよくわかった。 味は、とても良く、説明を思い出しながら味わった。 確かに、バニラアイス、ヘーゼルナッツアイス、チョコアイスの生地の滑らかさには驚いた。 甘すぎず、抑えすぎず、適度な甘さ。ヘーゼルナッツの香りがとてもよく、ふんだんに使っていることがよくわかった。 ただ、店内で食べたのに、容器がプラカップだったのがとても残念。お値段も1,300円は、安くはない。 でも、また、来年も訪問するだろうな～。多分。"
