"We showed up without reservation, staff were kind enough to seat us on a table with view despite multiple reservations, needless to say, the view was stunning. Food was perfect, we ordered pad thai seafood, stir fried shrimps (waitress recommendation) and another squid order. I don’t think Mango Juice was fresh but it didn’t taste bad. For deserts we had mango with sticky rice, brownies with vanilla ice cream, both were something to love. Great experience overall, we didn’t plan our return to downtown properly, staff were kind enough to call a tuktuk taxi for us and gave us a free shot of some secret pink drink it tasted good though. "The overall quality of the food was luxurious. But the taste was normal, and the combination was not good. We ordered the most expensive course meal, with steamed beef and rice in the middle and mango rice again for dessert. I remember that the first salad I ate was the best."

"One of the oldest ice cream parlors in Puducherry. There is quite a crowd especially in evenings and weekends. The sundaes we tried were all amazing. We had the following: 1. Nutty Rainbow lots of nuts and 3 scoops of softee. 2. Fruity Rainbow 4 types of fruits mainly apple, litchie and cherry with 3 scoops of softie. 3. Fruit volcano some fruits with 1 scoop of softie. The ice cream was yummy and fresh. We also tried the Wedge Island sandwich with was very nice but took long to be served. It is potato wedges sandwich with thousand island mayo. The cutlet was a big let go, it was not so fresh and very oily. Won't recommend the cutlet. You can pay via card or UPI apart from cash. The location on Google maps is accurate but the board is small and you need to have a keen eye. Also, the shop is inside a narrow path."
