"I love the all beef chili cheese dogs! Always fresh and delicious! I did venture out to try the front loops milk shake and it was good at first but it was way too rich and it started separating like oil and vinegar. So I will stick with the chili cheese dogs!"

"This place is the worst. In the lobby had to wait 10 minutes before a child came to the switch and said what you want. For one I never have or will be to this McDonald's. They treated me like a homeless person because I wear a backpack. I'll never go to this place again. You're the worst I've ever been. Such rude very rude staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"We stopped here for a quick dinner, being that we were headed to unload. They actually got my husband's burger right as well as my chicken sandwich, but why are their fry's always so under cooked? They were a bit cold not cooked all the way thru, it was like we were eating raw fries. The customer service was horrible. They have no people skills what so ever. It's really ashame when you walk into a place of business and get completely ignored. We won't be stopping here again."

"I love whataburger. I was so disappointed today by her service. We sat in the car for 45 minutes while we talked the staff behind the glass. Not even let us know how long it will be. Another customer behind us went to ask for their food. When we waited, an employee came out of the window to see how long the line was. We said hello and they told us to keep going. No waiting time, no 'I'm sorry' etc. After all, we called her number to ask for the wait. The person who answered the phone was helpful and understanding about the situation and even offered free items, so not all the customer service was bad. I do not place this for other customers to see that I want to make sure managers see this so that they are aware of this kind of problems. I appreciate all customer service employees especially in the fast food industry. I understand how difficult it can be with such high customer volumes. I myself worked in the food customer service and understood this side of the coin completely. But I also know that it takes 0.5 seconds to provide your customers with the knowledge that their food can take a little longer."
