"I really love the staff here but you really never know what you're going to get when you show up. Today the doors are locked with no signage about what's going on. We stay real flexible and respect the hard work of short staffed employees but also expect some information. Someone just forget to unlock the door? Is this the new normal or just this morning? We'll never know!"

"I have not once been there when their shake machines are working. Clearly they are poorly managed because i go there every couple of months and they never have shakes. Their employees are friendly and kind. I like the workers there, just feel that management is probably terrible. Food is McDonald's. You don't go there for a 5 star meal, you go there half drunk at 2 am. 2 stars because no shakes ever and that sucks."

"It feels ridiculous to give a McDonald's 4 stars, but there is a man working on the front drive thru window, which is so pleasant, friendly and has such a generous spirit that the experience is better than Chick-fil-A. He makes my day every time I go, it's like seeing an old friend."

"Bad food.. I wish the customer service made up for it but unfortunately it did not. I ordered my eggs over medium I got eggs over easy and the server argued that it was over medium. It clearly wasn’t. I was dining with my mom she liked her food but I’m glad she payed because I would NOT spend my money on this food."

"Years ago I worked here and still like my experiences. Knew many employees have been well trained, but all I have left in the staff with those who are still busy with them are all in management or have gone to other stores as managers. They still serve great quality and still in time. I will always stop here when I am in the area, and always the care that the employees have to continue the trend of friendly and fast in their service."
