"I imagine everyone has had the food at Chick-fil-A, right? If not, I would describe it as your average chicken sandwhich, or nuggets, but fresher seeming ingredients. The chicken is good, the nuggets are good but the waffle fries just okay, lightly salted. What I love about this place is, even with its long lines, particularly the drive thru, it always go quick! Quicker than a short line at McDonald's! And the staff are friendlier than a lot of other places. When we came here last night, after a little Trick-or- Treating, it was no different, long fast line and friendly staff. Our food came to us hot and fresh and we were satisfied"

"9:45 on Saturday morning July 9th 2022 went through the drive-thru had to repeat our order several times was told for a cup of ice it would be the price of a small soda we told them we did not want it the lady then told my husband he did not need to be rude with her she was just trying to repeat his order the order was not right we then told her to never mind call the store spoke with the manager the manager informed me that my husband was rude that they had him on loudspeaker which he was not rude manager informed me that it was the lady's first day one the job. what fast food restaurant puts a lady on the drive-thru by herself on her first day of employment makes no sense to me! then I asked the manager for the district manager's phone number, she informed me that she was not talking to me and she hung up on me I called back she was yelling and screaming and told me to find the phone number myself! I never once raised my voice to her while I was on the phone with her nor did my husband. Very poor customer service!"
