"Restaurants are currently fighting with challenges from multiple angles, including staff. Unfortunately we ordered in Kasa when they were in a rush time and had to wait 1 hour for our pizza. That was a terrible situation for a family with an 18-month and a woman who is 7 months pregnant. It was 60 minutes. The cashier made a great job with many unfortunate customers. 30 minutes in our waiting period the restaurant really seemed among the staff until 2 additional staff appeared from behind. Help your teammates! The pizza itself was teig on the undercooked side."

"Extremely disappointed with Adrian?s! After giving this pizza shop a ton of business over the last 2 years, I will never do so again! I called in to place an order for my family, and the extremely disrespectful girl who answered the phone, not only gaveme the worst attitude because ?I was taking too long? to order a meal for a family of 7. She then sighed because I wanted tochange something in my order. I immediately addressed her disrespectful customer service and demanded to speak to her Managerfor her terrible attitude and disrespect to a customer who has given this place a lot of business. While receiving no apology,no addressing of her inappropriate behavior, she hands over the phone, as she passed the phone over to her own manager who she?reports to? she disrespectfully said ? This person wants to speak to a manager because she?s taking a thousand years to placean order? and continued to mumble disrespect to others, for trying to feed a large family. I actually feel sorry for heroblivious ignorance and lack of patience at a workplace. I have never encountered such lack of respect and terrible customerservice in my life! If you don?t ?enjoy? your job. Then take your terrible attitude elsewhere or don?t have a job! Otherwise youwill lose valuable customers to YOUR OWNERS restaurant. This ?girl? who is answering the phone at Adrian?s needs a hard lessonon what is communication skills, patience during a busy time, active listening skills to attending customer needs, and mostimportantly, she needs an attitude change. The manager did address the disrespect of his employee, ended up calling me again toapologize, asked if I knew of anyone who is in need of a job, and to ? please send them his way?. My advice to this place is, Ishouldn?t be the one to find your business good working employees. It?s common sense for leadership to get rid of poor jobperformance, problem employees, coach and training to correct bad employee behavior, and find better wo"
