"Ordered 2 large pies based on a recommendation from a friend. When I was putting this in the fridge I assumed it was a piece of sausage. When I went to heat it up the next day for my granddaughter?s lunch, I wanted to remove it since she doesn?t like sausage. It turned out to be mold. It took me several calls to get through to this place to let them know. When I did finally get a hold of someone the girl that answered the phone got nasty with me so I asked to talk to the manager. He was twice as nasty and said it was impossible to be mold and there was probably something wrong with my refrigerator. I wasn?t demanding anything; not even a refund and I told him I just wanted to make him aware of it. This was the first time I ordered from them; never again. Back to Francisco?s for me!"

"We used to like Lou Cas and haven't been in several years. The service and care were very nice, but the food was disappointing. My husband had a Caesar salad and a Zuppa de Clams that were only meh...salad was kind of dry and tasteless, the Zuppa was overly oily. I had a swordfish that was well cooked served over broccoli rabe and sun-dried tomatoes that was good. The dessert was dreadful...an apple tart with a tasteless and soggy crust, hardly any apples, and overly sweet. So disappointed. But our waiter was lovely, and the staff were friendly. So, I don't think we'll be going back. Too expensive for an experience like that."
