"Italian Chef Emiliano is very good, this small joint will grow. Right now it only fits a few tables. We tried the pizza and the pasta carbonara. The pasta was outstanding -al dente- fresh. The sauce just of the right thickness and taste. I spent a month in Italy a few months ago, I know good pasta. The pizza has traditional dough but made thin, with a very good sauce, it is also very good. The price is very low for the high quality. Highly recommended, your best buy in Poblado for sure. While I was there, a local policeman came and said another business had given him a pizza for free, but he gave it away and come to buy one because the pizza here is so much better. Just go."
