"We went for our last meal in Zermatt after reading so much about their vegan menu. The service didn't start out very friendly but got better as the meal went on. The Seaweed salad was delicious, though it's marked as vegan but you still have up ask for it without duck. Three of us got the cauliflower entree, which included (per the menu) two type of cauliflower, tabouleh , and baba ganoush. What we received: half a head of bland, unseasoned roasted cauliflower. The second type of cauliflower was plain raw, riced cauliflower. There was no tabouleh but it came with a tiny amount of what we assumed was applesauce. The baba ganoush was good. The last person in our party got the aubergine entree and it was also bland and mediocre. It was a huge disappointment. There was a dessert that looked good but I was too afraid that it was going to be bad."
