"We live locally, 3 gens, have seen businesses come and go. Crust opened with much buzz and for a while there it looked like a winner. Fast forward a few years and complacency seems to be the go. I guess thats what happens when you...employ teenagers whose conversations revolve around themselves, their boyfriends/girlfriends, parties.. Care and attention to detail have gone, replaced with pizzas thrown haphazardly together in such a way they dont even slightly resemble the photos advertised. Taste isnt the issue..however one feasts firstly with the eyes. Crusts are often undercooked, soft. Sadly we have changed our choice of pizza shops and I dont see us returning without Crust reading these reviews, acknowledging the issues and taking appropriate action to ensure quality is the main aim."
