"Delicious ice cream scooped into your cup or cone. This location is in Kips Bay. What stands out is they have a machine that will take your cash and spit out a card. The ice cream flavors are amazing. They even have vegan choices. Can't go wrong with the fan faves if you are not sure. At three scoops, you're looking at $11. HAHA. Pro tip: ask to try a sample!"

"THE BEST ice cream I have EVER had. 10/10!! Service was extremely slow when I went on a Wednesday night in December (I think it took the girl 8minutes just to make my one milkshake , but they were nice! One very important thing to note if you are lactose intolerant- I do not think their vegan (oat/almond milk ice creams are 100% dairy free. I had their chocolate holiday vegan ice cream blend in a milk shake with Oatmilk and LET ME TELL YOU. Freakin bombbbbb. BUT. I have not been in that much pain afterwards in years that typically comes from accidentally having dairy I will be the first to say I would eat it again knowing I would be in extreme digestive pain lol, BUT I would like to know before hand so I can eat it within a few feet of a bathroom to make the pain not as immense my husband also has a diary intolerance and ALSO spent half the night in the bathroom immediately after we ate the ice cream which is how we figure there was probably actually dairy in those vegan ice creams still! (Maybe the chocolate chips were normal choc chips..? but anyways, if you are wanting the BEST ice cream of your life, go here!!!! If you are lactose intolerant, be warned lol."

"Van Leeuwen Ice Cream will forever be my favorite ice cream! I've gone to almost every location in the city and I've never had a negative experience. Staff at this location were super cheerful and welcoming! They were also doing an amazing job at handling a pretty long line that went as far as outside the store, and it was close to closing time! Just waiting in the line was exciting, with the fun music playlist and the many flavors they have available. This location has the TV screen menus, as opposed to the letter board menus at most locations I've been to. My FAVORITE flavor is the vegan PB Brownie Honeycomb! I grabbed a scoop in a cup and a waffle cone on the side."

"Beautiful caffe with a lively staff. Unfortunately, I could not try a cake yet, but I am happy to visit brighton to taste the pistachios eclair and something else. Since then, I have tried two croissants and a bake with pistachio cream. the baked was amazing, but you could taste a little artificial aroma in pistachios only due to the intense taste that would not happen if you used real pistachio paste. second option is that it is used to taste the cream, how to taste a mandel taste. when it comes to croissants, I was a little disappointed, as they were not as fluffy as I expected and a little dry inside. they were more on a soft side than flaky. the berry croissant was beautiful, but could have a little more filling. the salted karamell haseluss was amazing, the praline inside was very tasty, sweet and crispy! yum! I hope we can reach the next time pistaziio eclair:"

"I rarely write reviews, but my recent visit to Holy Cow on Elmont left me no choice but to share my experience. I was looking forward to trying their burgers, fries, and chicken sandwiches, but the encounter was underwhelming, to say the least.Firstly, the customer service was appalling. When I asked a simple question for clarification about the menu, the staff member, particularly a lady at the counter, responded with such rudeness and condescension that it left me feeling like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Customer service is the heart of any food establishment, and being spoken to as if I was an idiot is unacceptable.Secondly, their inventory management was a mess. After placing my order and paying, I was informed that an item was out of stock. Rather than being notified beforehand or offered a substitute, I was told that the manager would give a refund the next day. This process was not only inconvenient but also lacked transparency, as I received no receipt or proof for this promised refund.Moving on to the food another letdown. The portion sizes were surprisingly small, not providing value for money. But what truly marred the experience was the temperature of the food. Both the fries and the chicken sandwich were soggy and cold, stripping away any potential enjoyment from the meal.I cannot recommend this place, and I will never visit again.Rating: (1/5 Stars)"
