"Don’t think I could ever come back to this location. While the food was okay, I paid $4 extra for Banza pizza crust which they ended up saying they didn’t have. Said they couldn’t give me a refund and did nothing else to make it right. As well as toppings missing from the pizza as well. I had to pay for each topping so all said and done I paid $27 for what was actually a $20 pizza. Super super disappointing. One person spoke English and while she was nice she also didn’t do anything to make it right or get someone that could. I came to this location a couple years ago and it was really good and good service but now it’s honestly horrible and I felt completely ripped off. Never again will this location get my business especially after being told they couldn’t refund me any amount but also didn’t have what I paid for. Horrible service, doesn’t care about customer."

"Always love this place, with delicious food and juice, as well as smoothie and lattes. Everything is made fresh and 100% vegan, gluten free and even kosher. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!"

"Food was not as advertised. Looked absolutely nothing like their own photos. Had braised beef bowl and portion was a little too small. My wife had Buddha Bowl. Rice/grains were hard and dry and broccoli was cold. Iced teas very sweet and flavors not good. Overall, was disappointed. Didn’t want to give 2 stars but maybe should be a bit under 3 stars."

"Porcelain is such a wonderful place. Dinner there was one of the best dining experiences I have had this year. For the high quality and interesting and creative dishes the price was reasonable (and even affordable in comparison to other nights out we have had at places not nearly as nice). The ambience is romantic and the food is incredible with lots of interesting plant based vegan options you’d never even notice if you weren’t looking for them. Out of the whole menu maybe over a third was vegan which blew me away. Highly recommend and will be returning often!!"
