"They have a daily menu for 7 sohlen. a few options. I asked which of the options were vegan. I was met with an empty plastered face (which seems quite common in these kinds of restaurants) and said that they were not (spanish not my first speech so maybe some language barrier, but I don't think.) I'm not strict on my vegan direct personal when I travel in these types of places and so I took the meal anyway. it seemed vegan to mean though seemingly no eggs or milk, but can not be sure about butter maybe. I had a basic suppe (simple and a few bite in) and then a kicherbse and rice dish with a little platano. there is another very similar restaurant on the street parallel, which I will add to happy kuh. I would say the other place is a little better with more menu options, but again the same explanation on the vegan front. this is the only show in the city until I get it out."

"I went here a couple of times and had there menu plus a couple of juices. Reasonable food it feels you up but not the tastiest unless you put there green sauce on it which sort of makes it better. Unclear on vegan status of many of there dishes due the word vegan drawing a blank face but most seem to be vegan from what I saw unless there is butter sneaked in there. i did order a rice chaufa and didn't request the egg to be left out because I didn't really know what it was. I tend to relax my diet when I travel in places life this. There is a more or less equivalent restaurant on a parallel street this in my opinion is the better of the two. Can be quite busy."

"They highlight what is vegetarian, but on request very little vegan options. they said they would take milk/eggs on request, but would usually leave veg and rice dishes, perhaps not a balanced meal. seems like a beautiful place, but meat dominates. quite expensive according to local standards."
