"Positive is location and lovely staff. Negative is the pool area and dining area. Needs a major refurbishment. Dressing room was very dirty and overall it’s not up to standard. Rooms are fine. Food was only ok, had curry, was only just ok with horrible shop bought naan bread, shame when you think homemade naan bread can be done with 2 ingredients. Also I personally found the bar/dining area so cold and not inviting. The lighting is terrible. All in all. Very disappointing as it has huge potential. Even the entrance could do with a deep clean."

"Arrived in and were greeted immediately and seated. Great breakfast menu especially for the kids. We asked about the pancakes and she (waitress/owner? encouraged us saying they were lovely and boy, was she right! They were deliciously homemade crepe-like pancakes, sweet and light. Possibly the nicest I’ve ever had! I also ordered a portion of brown bread and was also pleased as it was still warm and obviously homemade. Not only was the food ‘simply delicious’ but the staff were extremely welcoming. The atmosphere was extremely relaxed and comfortable. Will definitely visit again!!!"

"I can't say a bad word about this place, food is amazing, beautifully presented and full of flavours. Interesting veggie/vegan options to choose from. Staff are lovely, and gave me some free homemade chocolates! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner"

"If you are planning having a special dinner, go else where, I had booked the resturant in advance for my Mothers birthday, was told no problem. But on arrival was informed by the most arrogant manager that we were not booked into the restraunt but instead in the second restraunt which was still in the bar area. to say that this was a disappointment was putting it very mildly. Our party was divided between two tables (back to back) right beside the smoking area, so at least we had a view ! At no time did the manager apologise or even ask if our food was ok. The only good thing was the food. This manager needs to re think his customer service. I had been looking forward to this evening but to be greated and treated like second rate citziens is not something that I will forget."
