"I tried the cream of broccoli and celery soup and they were both delicious! The owners are very friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable to almost any health topic. I like shopping here, prices are better on many articles than in larger health food shops. I want to go back there when I'm in the area."

"Very cool microbrewery in downtown Binghamton. Good beer, good service and a nice variety of food. The burgers were delicious. 1/2 price on Wednesday’s! The vibe is dark and mellow and the bar tenders are very attentive. This is a great local watering hole or a place you can drop by when downtown for fresh beer and tasty bar food. Cheers."

"I mean it's not horrible. I ordered the pork shoulder, was very salty not much other flavor to it, but I like salty lol. The rice is ok but bland and for me a little undercooked. They forgot the coleslaw, which is ok I should have checked. The price ishigh for the flavors your getting, but the portion is decent. Again its not horrible but far from the best. I will come backwhen I don't feel like driving to Endicott. La Isla is my place to go and the flavor is amazing, and have similar portion andpricing. This place is worth a try if you don't feel like leaving Bingamton."

"I had to borrow the title of another review, because I think it captures perfectly the potential this cafe has but doesn't quite fulfil. I found the Cajun rice and beans quite oily and lacking in spice. On the plus side, the atmosphere is energetic and fun, service efficient and friendly, the drinks menu extensive. I'd probably come here for drinks and maybe a snack with friends on a special occasion rather than a meal."
