"I work for a non-profit called Missouri River Relief, and we were in Kansas City for a large-scale Missouri River cleanup out of Riverfront Park! We worked with Daily Kitchen KC for a couple catered meals to feed our volunteer crew who help us implement this program. The food was DELICIOUS! We had Macaroni and Cheese, pulled pork, meat loaf (with a delicious sauce), and grilled veggies for the first, and our other meal consisted of BBQ chicken, sweet potatoes, veggies, and dinner rolls. Everything was so hearty and our crew really enjoyed the meals. The mac and cheese was my personal favorite! I failed to take photos of the awesome meals for this review, as we dug in immediately. It was that good.The owner, Hope, went above and beyond. I implore you to consider to try her food and support her small business in the River Market!Thanks again to Daily Kitchen KC!Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options!Parking: She is located on the northwest side of the River Market with the City Market Park. I parked along the street just outside the market. Parking in that area in general is hard!Dietary restrictions: She was super flexible with my needs and had vegan options as well!"

"My neighbor and I decided to check this place out. I got the fried chicken with mashed potatoes and said it came with collard greens but I got green beans. And she ordered a cheeseburger sliders. She also ordered a glass of wine and I ordered a strawberry spritzer type drink. The opening with the bread that was warm and the brown sugar was delicious. When we went it was at the end of the day and there were only two other tables but it took forever for us to get her food and they forgot our drinks. I was really disappointed in the quality of the food. When I hear food love I'm thinking that somebody really took the time to prepare and add flavor but honestly it tasted like a heated up frozen chicken and some kind of bagged mashed potatoes and Jarred gravy. And the sliders looked overcooked. Service wasn't great the waiter forgot about us. I'm really not sure what took so long to prepare the food. As the other thing that I noticed is there were no food smells you couldn't smell food cooking which I thought was odd. If you want really bland food at this juncture it's the place to go here's hoping things improved for them"

"I just moved within walking distance of this coffee shop and I was so excited. When I came in, the baristas were friendly and they were very helpful. I got the vegan sandwich with fried tofu and a it had a spicy twist, my favorite! I also got a vanilla oat milk latte and it was so yummy! Highly recommend giving them a try for breakfast or lunch!"
