"Awesome cafe. Excited this place has opened in town. Reminds me of the boutique smoothie and health food stores from the city (I just moved from nyc in February). Good wifi and clean nice vibes. Excited to switch up my WFH routine."

"I'm so glad to see that there's an all-vegan café in this one. it is well needed, so I want this place to be successful. as this is said, I waved between this place a 3 or a 4th. the personal was great, answered all asking and gave great suggestions. I'll start with the smoothies. we have the cherry chocolate bomb with milk and sweet green with cocos water. they could have been really good, but they were watered down. it seems that they've taken a lot of ice into them. so much that my parents chew little ice pieces mentioned. mine was better, but I could say it was made with too much ice. the spinach and artichoke draw was fabulous. my father who always believes vegan eating tastes different, loved it too. he couldn't say the difference. I enjoyed the chickpea salad sandwich, which was served with a beside salad. Note: this is a cheek-pea salad and no game on thunfish or chicken salad. the sunflower meat tacos were ok. I would like to try to reheat them fresh versus reheated. if they don't order as sharp, don't order. They're hot! the desserts were fair. we had the brownies and cupcakes. my parents liked them so that a victor, but I had much better elsewhere. based on everything I wrote, I give it a 4. I want everyone to support this place and I'll try more dinge. I might try a smoothie again to see if it was just a fuke."

"I can’t say enough about Hob Tavern. We are from out of town and stayed nearby to go to six flags the next day. We’d been driving all day and couldn’t wait to have some food and drinks. When I started looking around it seemed that vegan options were non existent until I stumbled upon hob tavern. It was an easy decision to give them a try. When we walked into a sports bar type place I genuinely thought we had gone to the wrong spot. Boy was I wrong. It’s definitely a home town, sports bar, everyone knows everyone vibe not to its detriment. The service was fast and friendly. Our bartender, Reese, was attentive and never let our drinks get low. At one point I had to wonder if he just had a backup drink lying in wait because he made it so quickly. The manager, Courtney, happened to be there and went out of her way to talk to us and welcome us. The food was incredible. I’ve eaten a lot of good and a lot of bad vegan food over the years. I’ve eaten at vegan restaurants where there are highly trained and specialized chefs who learned how to cook vegan food specifically. Hob tavern is not that place and yet it was some of the best food I’ve ever had. My fiancé enjoyed his non vegan food as well and I was shocked to find he really enjoyed his drinks as he tends to be a little picky about how they’re made. Just speaks to the quality of the ingredients, the staff and the attention to detail by all involved. We had no plans to go to Bordentown NJ ever again and now have already worked it into our future travel plans specifically to visit Hob tavern. Whether you want to watch a game, have a drink, eat some wings or enjoy some vegan fare you will not be disappointed. Vegetarian options: They have house made vegan ranch!!!"

"The other night came here after a nice dinner with friends all the way. I thought I won't get anything, but to my happy surprise there were no milk options! I tried the vegan almond bark and it was SO GOOD! The young ladies behind the counter are very sweet and helpful and the prices are incredibly reasonable! I definitely come back when I'm in town. Please make sure you tap these ladies well. Thank you for an option for those of us who cannot or cannot eat milk. Even with a delicious option next to ice is amazing"

"First time at Chickie 's Pete 's Bordentown. They were great! I arrived early and had to move from one booth to another to have access to an outlet. No problem. Feel Free! Waitress was exceptional. Didn 't need to write down our order. There were four of us. She was great. Manager was accommodating. Food was perfect."
