"I don’t get the big hype, since it’s recommended highly everywhere you look at. It’s a cute little place, the food is good, but not great. There are no starters on the menu, so you could try many things you would need to go for a main course. Rather smaller portions. It’s a good option to try, but don’t expect it to be amazing."

"Really nice place in the oldtown. Free bottle of water to all table. I ate vegan mexican soup (soup of the day) and cauliflower taco. I loved the atmosphere."

"Bratislava is my hometown but haven’t been here for 4 years due the Covid. I must say my city really IMPRESSED me, it’s packed with extremely flavorful vegan options now absolutelly everywhere. This restaurant is amongst my top two choices from the ones I’ve got to try. Incredible gyoza and laksa and I live in Asia for about 10 years now so you can trust my judgement when it comes to authenticity. Also sels delicious artesanal hot sauces, so HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"Alaturka Freshmarket, Bratislava Turkish restaurant with settings that look like authentic Turkish and Oriental. They offer a variety of items, from pizzas, kebabs, falafels, bulgur, rice and other items of Oriental cuisine. I tried chicken kebab in a bun for €3. It was a decent kebab but nothing extraordinary. Not too much meat, no outstanding taste and I have tried more tasty buns in Bratislava. But when I take into consideration that this branch is in Freshmarket where people like to pay extra for quality, I must give it a praise. Nice place, good kebab, variety of items, and they accept luncheon card."
