"Absolutely, FANTASTIC food! I love Mexican food but this without a doubt was top 2 for me! Tried the Chicken Fontina! The first bite was excellent…and it stayed that way. I was stuffed but couldn’t bare to leave a bite behind! Whatever he did to the lettuce was also super tasty! Will definitely stop next time we travel through Idaho! Yummy"

"Let me start with stating the obvious: this is the best restaurant in Cedar City, amen and amen. The aroma of charring crust and garlic tempt you from a couple of blocks away. Once ensnared, there’s no escaping Centro. Our waitress, Liv, was a delight, encouraging us to share a salad and go half/half on our pizza selection. We got the arugula salad. The lemon vinaigrette that dressed it had just enough sweetness to compliment the peppery arugula and cool you off from the Cedar City heat. The Parmesan in the salad was robust. One side of our pizza was fennel sausage and the other the white pizza, a glorious homage to garlic. The fennel sausage was herbaceous and played well against the light char on the crust. The white pizza was a star. The garlic and cheeses were a rollicking mix of flavor and texture. Loved every bite. Big bonus that Centro is not a Pepsi (swill) shop like essentially every other establishment here and the Diet Coke flowed freely. If you’re in Cedar City, book a table at Centro. It’s outstanding."

"Pretty good food. Very basic bowls of noodles, veggies, and protein. They do have a variety of vegan options and have tofu. The interior is pretty sticky and dirty. I imagine this restaurant would be good for a picky eater because the food is customizable and pretty plain."

"I've had good Panda Express and I've had bad. This falls on the lower end of the spectrum. They under filled our plates, the chow mein was missing its usual flavor and when I asked for napkins at the window they responded saying they were out and immediately shut the window on me. Kinda wierd if you ask me. Maybe just keep driving this time."
