"Sat here randomly and the personal spoke good English and assured me about the number of evening vegan options, all where amazing. I had winter plant filled tofu, flower flowers suppe, amazing waffelfries, an salat with crispy soba nudels and vegan based sesame dressing. one of the most tasty meals I had. my omnivore friends also loved their meals. in any case they come here and call them ahead to make reservations when they are in hakuba"

"Great burrito and tacos. Make sure to specify no cheese and sour cream (or eggs and cheese for the breakfast taco) as the kitchen will sometimes add them even if it doesn't say it has it on the menu. One of the waitstaff is vegan when I went and was super supportive."

"This location is actually SOL Café I am not sure if the other location for SOL exists earlier, but this is the main SOL Café. It is down in the Escal Plaza based on the Goryu gondola. The printed menu is now fully vegan and all desserts were fully vegan today cannot confirm if this is always the case, but it was today. We had both vegan sandwiches for lunch that were delicious. Both desserts were good, but not amazing. Would definitely return when this mountain is back."

"Onibus Coffee is served here, which is VERY high quality coffee roasted in Japan. I had the lemon scone which was tasty and crumbled nicely. They offer soy milk for coffee drinks. Majority (if not all) baked goods are vegan. And they offer two foods set: 1 vegan friendly bagel and tempeh sandwich and a vegetarian option."

"So so many options vegan labelled! Tofu galore. Some of the best tofu I’ve ever had in my entire life. The “Asuka homemade tofu” is what they use and it is insane. Felt like I was eating a creamy blended feta cheese. Served with an olive oil drizzle. Also their fried version (with soy sauce/onion garnish) was immaculate as well. Vegan labelled tempura, udon noodles, salad, mushroom skewers, veggie skewers, and even an apple tempura dessert (served with presumably non-vegan ice cream though). Best meal I’ve had in Japan."

"No longer offers the vegan potato pizza, but you can still remove the cheese to make some vegan which is what we did with the vegetarian pizza. Were left with a dry, flavourless, disappointing pizza. There was hardly any pizza sauce which was seemingly unseasoned. Phone staff were friendly and delivery was efficient and easy. The size of the pizza was impressive, and the cost was cheaper than other options in town. Just a shame it was tasteless. Considering the lack of vegan options in Hakuba, this pizza would fill you up when you need it, but it wasn't a flavourful pizza experience at all and I would not get again."

"We stayed here and they were so wonderful and acommodating. Our dinner was incredible, the food was immaculate, every little dish came out like an artwork. All ingredients were organic and were explained by Kodai it felt as though we were a part of their family. If you want a taste of many different Japanese dishes but vegan then this place is definitely recommended."
