"First of all, I will say that the staff are all genuinely very kind people. The gentleman that took my order was fast and had my food out quickly. The young man behind the counter was really friendly as well. He gives great service, asking if I enjoyed the food and if I had been there before. He even wished me safe travels.The pho is phenomenal, just as good as in Vietnam when I tried it there. The broth tastes super clean, the noodles cooked perfectly, and there was a surprisingly large amount of meat in the bowl! The spring rolls are super tasty too, the biggest I have ever had!"

"Check this out loud I don 't normally do reviews but I had to do one this This Food is AMAZING, I would recommend this as a top of the line Vegan Cuisine spot. My tummy is sooo happy. The Philly Supreme sandwich is ridiculously delicious, the flavor lingers in your mouth after the last bite damn this food is good. The owner is kind and very sweet too. I will most definitely be back! Macon go hit them up Ms Kim is the owner tell her Dee sent you?? She aint gonna forget me, what beautiful smile and soul with some gifted hands for cooking, Most definitely a overlooked establishment. Oh yeah she inside the farmer 's market outside I on the end purple tent 2050 Eisenhower pkywy."

"I have eaten several times here and it was always a great experience. the atmosphere is always calm and relaxed and the staff is always friendly and friendly. for those who experience this type of dinning for the first time, I recommend to them research first or ask when they dive. I took my sister who was recently visited and we looked at someone rude because they didn't understand the concept and wanted to eat a quick bite in a dune in the restaurant? the concept of this type of restaurant is they build and customize their own meal create a dish according to their desire and taste buds. they choose so much or so little of the food they like as long as it fits into the prepared dish. genie! first choose their dish size and filler, whether it be rice, noodles or kale or a combination of them. second they go to the line to choose their flesh, sweet seasoned and sauces. Finally, after they get everything they can fit in their included dishes, they will be handed over their tablet of items to the chef, who will stir them on this huge open grill and toss in their selected fillers. if they are not sure how to build a delicious, customized meal and prefer some generic, there is a lot to choose on the menu. fun."

"Vegan and vegetarian options are clearly marked. For me the food is 3 1/2 stars, the service is a four, and the ambience is a three. It’s in a little strip mall right off of I 75. So it’s a solid option if you want a good, quick meal. For date night or a more special occasion, you’re likely going to want to go someplace more upscale. I had the Fattoush salad. Well seasoned mix of veggies, lettuce, and falafel with pita on the side. The pomegranate vinaigrette and pickled radishes give it a little tang. Parsley, mint, sumac, and a drizzle of tahini sauce add to the Mediterranean flavors. The falafel is the real standout here perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside."

"Another exploration day in Macon, GA. We were sick of the usual fare (chicken and burgers, steak and potatoes) that the area offered. We found this cute Korean fusion that had some goood Kimchi. We tried the Bibimbap, Quesadillas, Taiwanese chicken nuggets and Tacos. Not bad for an on-a-whim find."

"Whenever we travel through Georgia, we stop at Taj and enjoy the food. We are never disappointed. My wife said that she was Gluten-free and the owner went into the kitchen and whipped up something that was not on the menu as an appetizer. He did not even know what to call it, but it was wonderful. Thank you Taj."
